Don't be used !
I had to stop and make some time to blog tonight.
I have warned people about this before and I will warn people again. I am not going to argue the point, take it for what it is worth. If you choose not to believe the truth, reject it. Consider yourself warned.
Sarah Palin and Scott Brown have been adopted by many in the tea party movement. Be advised that the dynamic duo plan on going on the campaign trail for John Mc Cain.
I co-founded TURN and I will tell you, to me this represents the antithesis of the values purported to be embraced by those in the teaparty . My suggestion to all--do not be used.

I'm afraid we're just going to be seeing the pendulum swinging from one party to the next...and that's not the answer. The answer is putting the right individuals in office.
The whole Tea Party movement was quickly adopted by the establishment Republicans. They knew that it could prove dangerous to them as well as the Democrats so they got involved to twist it into another mouthpiece for themselves.
hahahaha,,,, mcpow??? youve got to be kidding... if thats true,, looks like well be looking at an ears second term... hahahahaha,, if we survive that long....
you are kidding,,, right??
maybe billary will take anther whack at it,,, that would be our only hope.,,, hahahahaha,, if you can call billary hope....
people are really gluttons for punishment,, arent they,,
Note to self - If that's true I'll vote for Hillary. Lol! John McCain run again? Whew! You're just pulling our legs right?
@mejicojohn - I hope you are wrong.
Don't forget Glenn Beck. He's jumped on the bandwagon because it is popular but don't forget, he called Ron Paul supporters "terrorists."
While I agree with your point, saying "don't bother to argue the truth" will not win anyone over -- that tends to turn people away. Consider that some "on the other side" carry that tone.
The tea party situation seems to be turning into a bit of an unfortunate mess, from what I hear. I was a bit excited about it when it fist started developing.
@nudged - i hope this whole post is a joke,,, hahahahaha it would be a good joke....
@mejicojohn - I don't know what to think anymore.
@mcbery - for senate
@The_James_Blog - I wrote this quick but I was not trying to write it as a persuasive argument. It is a warning many will not heed.
@nudged @firetyger - @mrcolorful - @mejicojohn - @winniezpoo - - hopefully things will slow down a tad so I can get off the train and blog and reply soon.
@radicalramblings - i am pretty neutral on shock jocks if you realize what they are. Is what they say true is the essence. How do they line up with the constitution? Like I say in many debates, forget all the debate, is it constitutional? If we get back to the constitution, the rule of law and oath keepers I can go back to studying theology.
I hope it's not wrong that I've been growing increasingly more leery (and weary) of Palin.
I'm sorry .... I am having a hard time believing Palin would campaign for McCain. I've read "Going Rogue"... (as did a whole lot of other people!) I would think she would still be a bit burnt from that experience with McCain. If she stepped back into that mess I think she would be seen as a huge hypocrite.
As far as Brown, I am suspicious he might be another one of those "moderate" republicans... He and McCain might be on a similar wave length but I will wait till I have studied his record. Seriously though McCain just REALLY needs to retire!

@BeeyondSight - @nudged - I do some work with this group(NPA) and got their press release before I posted this. http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/19329
I am no fan of Phil Glass but he is right on this.
@ProvokingThought - That is sooooo disappointing!!! Sigh.....
@ProvokingThought - I was wondering when the tug-of-war was going to begin over the "teapartiers" between the GOP and the Libertarians, (or Independents, as they like to call themselves.) A 3 party system does make things a little more difficult come election time.
@BeeyondSight -asked one time why he was still a republican Ron Paul asked if anyone had ever read the platform. If republicans followed their own platform you would have many less third party.
@ProvokingThought - meaning the platform is pretty conservative itself and there would be less libertarians?
@BeeyondSight - I think both conservative and libertarian are both baited terms and usually one of derision when used by one or the other. I would see it different as far as what the problem is in the gop. The problem within the gop is the number of big government solution republicans. The republicans expanded the size of government under Bush and were not constitution friendly. That means if the gop makes excuses for them rather than cleans house, then we are offered two big government solutions...and that is neither constitutional or acceptable.
The republican platform is pretty much in line with the constitution.
